•Sunlight and depth influence the fotosintesis and the sum of zooplankton

•The salinity of water is low

•Temperature, coral reef can be grow in 23-24°C

•Current, in positive  if it brig nutrien for reef. In negative if it make sedimentation and the reef is drawn.so, the reef is will be die.

•Wave, if the sea has the big wave it can benefit for other organism. Example : sweat water, plankton, and can be help for interrupt (pengendapan) of colony or reef polip.

•Alga

•Filum cnidaria. Example : hydra,jelly fish, and anthozoa

•Vermes as bioerotion or as erotion process

•Filum crustaceae. Example : crayfish, barnacle, lobster,crab,etc.

•Filum mollusca. Example : cuttle fish

•Reef fish

•Big fish, etc
